Upgrade MEMo1 or MEMo2 to MEMo3
If you have a MEMo1 or a MEMo2, you can exchange it for a new blank MEMO3 through our service department. The return address details will be communicated to you by email upon receipt of your order. As soon as the existing MEMo returns, the new one is sent. Before sending back the MEMo 1,or 2, be sure to make a printout of your configuration ( PRINT button at modules) so you can enter it back into your MEMo3 yourself afterwards. Please note that we cannot transfer the configuration and also the historical data to the new module.
Also note: PC.080 and EC.441 module are not compatible with MEMo3 and should be replaced with the RG.016 module with 4 pulse inputs.
