Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning the goods.
Only items purchased through the webshop on our website are refundable. Purchases made through other channels cannot be returned to us.
There are certain situations in which only partial or no refunds are granted:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or in case the module has been used of the lesser value for resale.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
If so, contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged by our doing. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com you will receive a return address from us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information and a brief explanation of why you are returning the shipment, you will be given an address to which you can return.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
