MoCo2: Simple SmartGridReady Control Without a Network

The stand-alone MoCo2 converts P1 values and two pulse counters to Modbus slave and pulse outputs. Using the free Visualizer tool for Windows, you can easily configure the module via USB-C. The two pulse outputs can be set up as SmartGridReady contacts, allowing a heat pump or water heater to be controlled directly based on injection and/or consumption.

Because the MoCo2 does not require a network connection, it can be installed at the customer’s site on a fully plug-and-play basis.

In short: a simple and efficient way to increase self-consumption of solar energy.
