Diehl Izar pulse I, K=1 for Diehl watermeter

The Diehl Izar pulse i sensor is a 1L/pulse open collector contact sensor for measuring consumption pulses on a Diehl water meter. The sensor can be coupled to any of the inputs of the ELAN, REMI, MoCo2, RG.016 module, note the polarity. Intent is to record and visualize water consumption. The sensor has a wire end of about 100 cm which may be extended a few meters with at least the same wire section.
