ELAN: LAN web server, connects, among other things, with the p1 port of the digital meter and switches to production, peak consumption or rate
The ELAN web server records and monitors consumption data from the P1 port, Modbus meters, pulse counters and smart plugs. These values are used to control two solid-state relays and WiFi smart plugs. With simple if-then-else logic, users can determine how to switch plug devices or heating based on such things as injection, peak consumption, energy rates and time.
ELAN can be connected directly to a LAN network and the P1 port. Additional energy meters can be added if necessary. No additional software, app or cloud service is required; settings and logic can be adjusted via a Web browser by navigating to ELAN's local IP address, where current consumption can also be viewed.

Comments:
- Pre-activate the Belgian digital meters to work: via this link
If the digital meter screen shows a triangle above "GP1" (GP1 is in laser marking below the screen) then ports P1 and S1 are active.
- ELAN is powered through the P1 port, or through an optional 5VDC power supply if no P1 is present.
- To convert both solid-state to power relays you need a 12 Vdc power supply (HDR-15-12) and 2 power relays (PEM-01-012). You can find these on our website.
- If no digital meter is present, you can connect your own Modbus meters to record (total) consumption, among other things.
- After each new installation, it is important to upgrade ELAN to the latest firmware ( See FAQ, online tutorial, manual or Quickstart).
- ONLY use conductors up to 0.5mm² with FIXED core in the ELAN connectors
- Network settings can be adjusted either through the setup web page or through the 2-WIRE/Windows IP server scanner
This product includes:
- 1x ELAN smart energy switch
